Tips for newcomers

Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before class. Yoga goes deep. It even massages the internal organs, so for safety we practice on an empty stomach.
Ladies: wear plain clothes, nothing too baggy. No zips, buttons and buckles that might stick into you. Avoid bras with wires or metal parts. If you gave birth recently, get doctor clearance for yoga. Don't be in any rush. Honor your body.
Men: wear shorts or a tracksuit pants (not too long or baggy), a T-shirt or vest.
